Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We know things come up—and we’re here to help! But because we reserve your appointment time just for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

 

💳 Card on File Policy

 

A valid card is required to book all appointments. Your card won’t be charged at the time of booking unless one of the following situations occurs:

 

⚠️ Cancellation & No-Show Fees

 

 

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: $25 cancellation fee

  • No-show or inaccessible vehicle at time of service: $25 fee

    (Examples: locked doors, vehicle not present, no access to water/electricity for mobile services)

 

 

🌧️ Weather & Emergencies

 

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or equipment issues, we’ll reach out ASAP and work with you to reschedule.
