  • Be available or ensure we can access the vehicle at your appointment time

  • Provide working water and electricity (for mobile appointments)

  • Remove all valuables and personal belongings before we arrive

 

 

⚠️ Extra Charges May Apply For:

 

 

  • Pet hair, stains, excessive trash, or biohazards

  • Strong odors that require extra treatment

  • Vehicles in extremely poor condition

 

These charges are always discussed with you first—no work starts without your approval.
